Order Processing

All orders are processed the same day they are placed. Orders placed before our daily cut-off are dispatched that same day; orders placed after cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

We offer worldwide shipping. Estimated delivery time is 3–8 business days from the date your order is dispatched, depending on your region.

Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Delays can occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier handling, customs clearance, local postal performance, weather, and your delivery region. These delays are not something we can influence, but our team is always happy to help you track an order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address or failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply to re-send it.
